Paul Pavlou serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors & Chief Executive Officer of PTP ONECLICK, LLC™. PTP ONECLICK, LLC™ is the successor owner of Pavlou Tax Solutions, LLC™ a Delaware Limited Liability Company which was formed to develop state and local sales and use tax software for businesses and tax professionals in the United States. During his 20 plus years of practice in the accounting and tax professions, he developed a rich understanding of the complexities of consumption taxation. Paul’s experience inspired him to construct a consumption tax model that simplifies sales and use tax preparation and filing for all businesses and accounting professionals. In keeping with such model, Paul and his information technology experts developed the proprietary tax software product line of PAVLOU SalesTaxPRO™ and the e-filing component PTP E-File.NET™. |

Paul’s career is filled with educational achievements and professional accomplishments. He earned a MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management, a MSA from Roosevelt University and received a Bachelor’s degree in accountancy from DePaul University. He also holds the CPA Certification (Certified Public Accountant) in the state of Illinois, and the Certified Tax Professional Certification. He has been an active member in good standing with the Illinois CPA Society, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the American Institute of Tax Studies. |
